I see patients in offices on both the East side and the West side of Manhattan. All discussions are confidential.

 

I have office hours Monday through Saturday, days and evenings. Skype is available for those who find that method more convenient. My SKYPE ID is: vachement2009.

 

My standard fee is $150/session.  I accept cash, check, or credit card through paypal bottom of this page. A session generally runs 45 minutes.  Between sessions I will respond to emails and texts at no additional cost.

 

I do take some insurance (Blue Cross/Empire/Anthem/Cigna/Aetna/United Healthcare/Oxford/Optum/MVP/Humana)--most insurance plans offer very limited coverage. I do offer some sliding scale fees for a limited number of my patients.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: I ask for 24 hours notice so that you will not be charged a cancellation fee. There is a $50 cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice. I understand that true emergencies come up and these can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
